Requirements
* High school/Any degreein Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Metallurgy, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in blending, dispatch, or logistics, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of blending processes and raw material handling, with a solid understanding of steel production.
* Proficiency in dispatch operations, including inventory management, shipping procedures, and logistics coordination.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interaction.
* Proficiency in dispatch software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
* In-depth knowledge of safety protocols in blending and dispatch operations.

Job Description :
* Blending Operations: Supervise the blending of raw materials (scrap, alloys, and billets) according to production specifications.
* Ensure proper mixing ratios and quality control during the blending process to maintain product consistency.
* Monitor the blending equipment, check for maintenance needs, and report any issues.
* Ensure raw materials are blended in a timely manner, meeting the production schedule and quality requirements.
* Maintain records of raw material usage, blending reports, and production data.
* Dispatch Operations: Oversee the dispatch of finished TMT bars, ensuring products are properly packed, labeled, and dispatched per customer orders.
* Supervise the loading of finished goods and ensure that loading processes comply with safety and quality standards.
* Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely delivery of products.
* Maintain and update dispatch records, including shipment schedules, inventory reports, and customer order details.
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to blending or dispatch processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Monitor safety procedures and ensure the dispatch area is organized and compliant with safety regulations.

* Provide guidance and leadership to ensure both blending and dispatch operations run smoothly.
