Requirements
* High School, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of dispatch processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using dispatch software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
* Ability to resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in dispatch operations.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Job Description :
* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the dispatch team, including the coordination of shipping schedules, material handling, and delivery activities.
* Ensure that all finished products (TMT bars) are properly packed, labeled, and dispatched in compliance with company standards.
* Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery of goods.
* Oversee the loading and unloading of finished products, ensuring safety and efficiency during the entire dispatch process.
* Maintain and update records of all dispatched materials, including delivery schedules, shipping documentation, and customer orders.
* Monitor dispatch operations for adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely communication with clients.
* Track and manage inventory of dispatch materials, packaging, and transport equipment.
* Prepare and review dispatch reports for management, highlighting any delays, issues, or improvement opportunities.
* Lead and train dispatch staff, ensuring proper procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
