Requirements
* Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience as a Pulpit Operator or similar role in electrical and automation systems (preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry).
* Proficiency in operating PLCs, SCADA, and other control room systems.
* Strong understanding of electrical and automation processes in manufacturing operations.
* Ability to monitor and adjust settings on various electrical and automation equipment remotely.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols in control room operations.
* Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies during production.

Job Description :
* Operate and monitor electrical and automation systems from the control room (pulpit) during production shifts.
* Adjust settings and parameters of PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems to ensure proper functioning.
* Monitor system performance and identify any issues or anomalies in the electrical and automation systems.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or automation malfunctions remotely, ensuring minimal production downtime.
* Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to report issues and implement corrective actions.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational protocols in the control room.
* Maintain and update logs of system performance, alarms, and production activities.
* Provide support to on-site technicians and engineers when technical assistance is needed.
* Operate the control room equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
* Assist in the installation and testing of new electrical and automation systems as needed.
