Requirements
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in electrical and automation systems, with at least 2 years in a senior technician role (preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry).
* Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting, system repairs, and preventive maintenance.
* Ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex electrical and automation issues.
* Knowledge of safety standards, electrical regulations, and industrial automation best practices.
* Strong team leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and automation software tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical and automation equipment and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems and automation equipment.
* Work closely with production teams to resolve electrical and automation-related issues that affect production.
* Optimize electrical and automation systems to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Assist in system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and operators.
* Document maintenance activities, system performance, and any faults or repairs made.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all electrical and automation work.
* Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical and automation issues during shifts.
