Requirements
* Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
* 5-10 years of experience in electrical and automation systems in an industrial environment, preferably in the steel or manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, VFDs, and industrial automation equipment.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and automation problems.
* Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety standards and protocols.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and automation software tools.
* Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations as needed.

Job Description :
* Oversee the operation and maintenance of electrical and automation systems during the shift.
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and automation issues, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
* Monitor the performance of equipment such as PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, and control systems.
* Coordinate with the maintenance team for the repair and servicing of electrical and automation equipment.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and operational protocols.
* Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system calibrations.
* Document and maintain records of electrical and automation system performance, including any incidents or maintenance activities.
* Work with production teams to identify process improvements and optimize automation systems for increased efficiency.
* Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical and automation systems.
* Provide support for troubleshooting and technical guidance to other engineers and staff during shifts.
