Requirements
* Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
* 10-15 years of experience in electrical and automation systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or shift incharge role in an industrial setting.
* In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and automation processes.
* Ability to lead a team, manage shift operations, and resolve complex technical issues.
* Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and automation software tools.
* Strong understanding of safety standards in industrial electrical systems.
* Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency situations as they arise.

* Monitor and troubleshoot electrical equipment and automation systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
* Coordinate the activities of the electrical and automation team to ensure effective and efficient operations.
* Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and ensure the team follows safety protocols.
* Handle shift-based issues, ensuring smooth resolution and minimal disruption to production.
* Maintain and update records related to electrical systems, automation processes, and equipment maintenance.
* Lead the team in diagnosing and resolving electrical faults, automation errors, and equipment malfunctions.
* Collaborate with other departments to maintain a high standard of production efficiency.
* Conduct performance monitoring and reporting, identifying areas for improvement.
