Requirements

* Strong knowledge of rolling mills, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
* Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
* Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in CAD software, MS Office, and maintenance management tools.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Description :
* Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment in the production process.
* Ensure smooth operation of rolling mills, conveyors, cooling beds, and other mechanical systems.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
* Troubleshoot mechanical failures and provide quick resolutions to maintain production efficiency.
* Monitor machine performance and suggest process improvements.
* Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for timely equipment servicing.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all mechanical operations.
* Maintain records of maintenance schedules, breakdowns, and spare parts inventory.
* Research and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
* Train and guide maintenance staff on best practices in equipment handling and safety protocols.
