Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
* 5 to 10 Years of experience in production or process engineering (preferably in the steel or TMT bar industry).
* Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, rolling mills, and thermomechanical treatment.
* Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies.

Job Description :
* Fair knowledge in the pass design, thorough knowledge about rolling mill operation.
* Understand shift maintenance activities, shift manpower management, good team player.
* Have higher quality consciousness in shift production.
* Demonstrated experience on delay analysis. Capable to take complete responsibility to manage shift operation of all service of rolling mill.
* Need to coordinate with CCM/SMS to ensure they have sequenced heats, and it’s billets in good quality and right quality.
