Requirements
* Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
* 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the steel or TMT bar manufacturing industry.
* Strong knowledge of rolling mill operations and thermomechanical treatment processes.
* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools.
* Willingness to work in shifts and handle emergency production requirements.

* Ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the manufacturing process.
* Monitor worker performance and provide guidance to maintain efficiency.
* Implement and enforce safety and quality control standards.
* Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
* Maintain production logs and prepare reports for management.
* Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely equipment servicing and repairs.
* Train and develop production staff to improve productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Optimize processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
