Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field is a plus.
* 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment, preferably in the steel industry.
* Basic understanding of quality control processes and material testing procedures.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior staff.
* Good communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to work in shifts, if required, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Job Description :
* Assist in performing basic quality control tests on raw materials and finished products under the supervision of the Quality Control Chemist or
Supervisor.
* Help in preparing samples of raw materials, billets, alloys, and finished TMT bars for analysis.
* Support the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment such as hardness testers, spectrometers, and other testing instruments.
* Record test results and ensure all documentation is maintained accurately.
* Ensure cleanliness and organization of the quality control laboratory and testing area.
* Assist in inspecting production processes to identify any quality issues and report findings to senior quality control staff.
* Help in the preparation of reports regarding product quality, testing results, and any identified defects.
* Support in the maintenance of quality control records, sample logs, and inventory of testing materials.
* Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
* Assist in monitoring and ensuring that products conform to quality specifications and company standards.
