Requirements
* 10th/12th/Diploma/ ITI, Metallurgical, or Industrial Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience in cooling bed operations or similar roles in the steel or TMT bar industry.
* In-depth knowledge of cooling bed operations, temperature control, and product quality standards.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing operations.
* Proficiency in MS Office and production monitoring software.
* Ability to work in a high-paced and demanding manufacturing environment.

Job Description :
* Supervise and manage the daily operations of the cooling bed area, ensuring optimal cooling of TMT bars.
* Monitor the cooling process to ensure uniform temperature distribution and desired product quality.
* Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely flow of materials to and from the cooling bed.
* Ensure that the cooling bed equipment is functioning efficiently and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs or servicing.
* Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures in the cooling bed area.
* Train and manage cooling bed operators and staff to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the cooling process.
* Maintain records of cooling bed performance, including product quality, temperatures, and maintenance activities.
* Optimize cooling bed operations to improve efficiency and reduce production delays.
* Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that the cooled TMT bars meet the required specifications.
